The RMSP-CAT5-24 provides protection for up to 24 CAT5 data lines. The unit is fully compatible with industry-standard 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices and 10/100 Base-T Ethernet networks, providing protection to both Ethernet data pairs as well as the PoE power feed. The unit supports both 802.3af modes A and B supplying power. Power can be fed up the CAT5 data pairs, 1-2, 3-6 or using the two unused pairs, 4-5, 7-8.This arrestor is compatible with 10 and 100 Base-T Network appliance with or without PoE capability. This includes Wireless Access Points, Wired Switches, Network Appliances, Outdoor Wireless Routers and CCTV IP Cameras.The RMSP-CAT5-24 is designed to mount in standard 19" distribution rack. The 1U design helps save space in the rack. An integral cable management rail is located on the rear of the unit.
