Stella/Installer manages the repeater and ensures that it is optimally configured at all times.

Stella/Installer monitors the Alerts and is forewarned of any potential problems.

If a problem/anomaly/degradation occurs in the system, Stella will study the history graphs and attempt to resolve it.

Stella will look at the history graphs and attempt to resolve the problem remotely.

The firmware is kept up to date.

Hot Swap: If any device is faulty, Stella will send a replacement immediately and only when this replacement is installed, we will ask for the faulty one to be returned.

Full remote technical support by a Stella engineer at any time before, during and after installation. and after installation.

ProMonitoring – to complete the professional iRepeater installation.

An important aspect of a repeater installation is that the installer does not have to return to the building after the installation is complete. Installations that require multiple visits are expensive and time consuming, as the client may be hundreds of kilometers from the installer.

Our advanced, cloud-based, remote management system allows the installer and Stella Doradus to monitor and control in real-time all of our iRepeaters, ensuring that they are performing optimally at all times.

Repeater systems are very robust. However, unexpected events can occur, such as a repeater being accidently plugged out, or the external environment changing if, for example, an operator removes or installs a mast close to the building. These degradations in signal may go unnoticed by the installer if the repeater isn’t monitored, and will be very irritating for the client.

The advantages of ProMonitoring include:

Full control over your repeaters remotely. Reduction in the number of visits to the clients premises. Peace of mind for the customer, who knows that the system is being monitored.

ProMonitoring allows full access to the Device Page:

Monitor live signal power.
History Graphs. The device performance can be checked retrospectively.
Turn on/off any band.
Add attenuation to any band.

The “Alerts” feature forewarns the installer / Stella about the following issues:

Repeater is offline. Mains power issues.
Identifies damaged antennas, cables and connectors.
Feedback/ interference on any band. Feedback between the indoor and outdoor antenna will cause a reduced signal from the repeater.
